Alongside these leadership elevations, Godrej Consumer Products has also expanded the responsibilities of Ashwin Moorthy, global head of category direction and head of marketing. In addition to his current mandate, Moorthy will now oversee media, influencer marketing, and the company’s in-house agency operations.
Before his stint at Keventers, Prabhat worked with The Smart Cube (now part of WNS Global Services), advising Fortune 100 clients across industries including retail, banking, pharmaceuticals, and oil and gas. He holds degrees in economics from the University of London and the University of Warwick.
Ghosh brings more than three decades of professional experience across financial services and insurance, including over 16 years in the general insurance industry. He joined the company in 2016 following the merger with L&T General Insurance and has been serving as Executive Director since May 1, 2025.
