Waters Corporation has appointed Bharath Raju Chinnathambi as India Communications Lead, with his new mandate covering communications for both the India market and the company’s Global Capability Centre (GCC).
The appointment marks a new chapter in Waters Corporation’s communications function in India, with Chinnathambi becoming the first communications employee in the region. In his new role, he will be responsible for establishing the communications ecosystem for India and the GCC from the ground up.
Chinnathambi will work closely with Waters’ global, India and GCC leadership teams, media partners and internal stakeholders as he develops the company’s communications mandate across the region. His responsibilities will include strengthening brand affinity, building integrated narratives and highlighting the work being carried out across Waters’ India ecosystem, while also shaping and protecting the company’s corporate reputation.
Announcing his appointment on LinkedIn, Chinnathambi said, “I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Waters Corporation as India Communications Lead, stepping in as the first communications employee in the India region to lead communications for both the India market and the Waters GCC!

Chinnathambi joins Waters Corporation from Sanofi, where he most recently held the position of Global Hub Senior Communications & Engagement Partner. Before joining Sanofi, he spent more than three years with Bosch India.
