Gajendra Jangid, co-founder of Cars24, has reportedly stepped down from his role, according to media reports. In an internal message shared with employees on Slack, Jangid indicated that the decision had been under consideration for some time.

During his tenure, Jangid played a key role in driving brand development, expanding business operations, and enhancing customer experience for the platform. His contributions were instrumental in shaping the company’s growth trajectory in India’s competitive online auto marketplace.

Prior to co-founding Cars24, Jangid worked as an Operations Manager at Schlumberger.

The development comes shortly after the departure of Himanshu Ratnoo, who stepped down as CEO last month following a branding exercise, marking a period of leadership transition for the company.
