Raj Nayak has resigned as chairman and managing director of YAAP Digital, citing personal reasons and other preoccupations, according to a company disclosure.
In his resignation letter to the board, Nayak said he had decided to step away from the demands of a full-time operating role to focus on his own venture, health and personal priorities.
Explaining his decision, Nayak said the demands and intensity of a full-time operating position were more than he wished to take on at this stage of his career. He described the decision as difficult, adding that he had enjoyed working with the team and remained positive about YAAP's future.
