Progressive Techserve has appointed Sandeep Khanna as its chief executive officer, effective immediately, as the IT managed services company looks to accelerate its transition towards AI-led and automation-driven service delivery.
Khanna, who previously served as chief operating officer, will oversee business growth, customer partnerships and service expansion, with a focus on developing the company’s outcome-focused managed services capabilities.
The appointment is part of a leadership transition at the Progressive Infotech Group, with founder Prateek Garg assuming the role of chairman and managing director. In this capacity, Garg will oversee the strategic direction, growth and governance of Progressive Techserve and ZARTHI, the group’s cloud business.
Khanna has spent more than 20 years with Progressive, having joined the organisation as a service delivery manager before moving into senior leadership roles. During his tenure, he has contributed to strengthening service delivery, expanding the managed services portfolio and building customer relationships.
