Ralph Lauren has appointed Claudia Crosby as Head of Marketing, PR & Communications for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), strengthening its leadership team across the region.
In her new role, Crosby will oversee the brand's marketing, public relations and communications strategy across Australia and New Zealand. She will work closely with regional and global teams to enhance Ralph Lauren's brand presence, deepen consumer engagement and support business growth in the market.
Crosby brings extensive experience in brand building, strategic communications, integrated marketing and stakeholder engagement, having worked with some of the world's leading luxury, beauty and lifestyle brands throughout her career.
Before joining Ralph Lauren, she held leadership roles at The Estée Lauder Companies and L'Oréal Group, where she played an instrumental role in shaping brand and communications strategies across multiple markets and brand portfolios.
Her appointment comes as Ralph Lauren continues to strengthen its marketing leadership in key international markets, with a focus on building brand equity and delivering consistent consumer experiences across the region.
