Vinoba Badam has been elevated to the role of Managing Director at Accenture, marking a new milestone in his career with the global technology and consulting firm.
Badam, who has been associated with Accenture for more than six years, announced the promotion in a LinkedIn post, describing the appointment as both an exciting achievement and a humbling moment.
Sharing the news, he said the recognition comes at a time when the IT services industry is navigating a rapidly evolving landscape marked by both opportunities and challenges. He also thanked Accenture's leadership for their trust and confidence in his abilities.
"I am pleased to share my promotion within Accenture's Managing Director organisation. These are exciting as well as challenging times for the IT market, and I could not have asked for a greater show of confidence from my leaders. Elated and humbled at the same time," Badam wrote.
Looking ahead, he said he is prepared to embrace the responsibilities that come with his new role.
"Time to reset, put my head down and start tackling the forthcoming challenges. Onwards and upwards for the next milestone!!" he added.
Badam has been with Accenture for over six years, during which he has held leadership responsibilities across the company's technology and consulting business.
