Nikhil Gandhi, who has held senior leadership positions at TikTok, MX Player, The Walt Disney Company and Times Network, has launched VYYB AI Technologies, a UAE-based venture developing artificial intelligence solutions for commercial spaces.

Headquartered at the DIFC Dubai AI Campus, the company is entering the market with commercial background music management. It plans to develop AI-driven solutions that adapt elements such as music, temperature and scent to the needs of physical environments.

Gandhi brings more than 26 years of leadership experience across media and technology, with expertise spanning user growth, monetisation, advertising, distribution and commercial strategy. In 2026, he also completed the Applied Agentic AI programme at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

VYYB AI aims to make sensory experiences in commercial spaces more responsive to their surroundings and customer contexts. Its portfolio is being developed across three areas: music, climate and scent, with the longer-term ambition of integrating these solutions into a unified platform.

The company's first product, VYYB SONIC, focuses on AI-powered management of background music in commercial venues. It is also developing VYYB ATMOS, designed for climate optimisation, and VYYB AURA, which will focus on contextual scenting.

Commenting on the launch, Nikhil Gandhi, founder and CEO of VYYB AI Technologies, said his experience in the corporate sector had shown him how technology could transform business operations and customer engagement. He sees physical environments as an area with significant potential for further innovation.

Gandhi said the company was being built in the UAE for a global market, with Dubai serving as its base. The initial focus on music through VYYB SONIC is intended to address the practical needs of commercial venue operators, while establishing a foundation for the company's wider product portfolio.
