Saurabh Pandey has stepped down as Head of Marketing at HP India after four years with the company, bringing to a close a chapter in a career spanning more than two decades across IBM and HP in India, South Asia and global markets.

Pandey announced his departure in a LinkedIn post, revealing that he had stepped away from his role earlier this week and would share details about his next career move soon.

At HP India, Pandey led the company's marketing initiatives across above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) channels, driving brand strategy and demand generation across its portfolio. His responsibilities included strengthening HP's brand equity across enterprise, government and small and medium business (SMB) segments.

Reflecting on his tenure, Pandey described HP India as a defining phase of his career, highlighting his work across artificial intelligence (AI), enterprise and commercial businesses, category creation and business transformation.

"Twenty-plus years across IBM and HP, India, South Asia, global markets, have shaped how I think about marketing's role in business transformation. HP India was a defining chapter. AI. Enterprise. Commercial. Category creation. And a team I'll always be proud of," he wrote on LinkedIn.

Pandey added that he had stepped away from the role earlier this week and hinted at his next professional move. "What's next feels like the thing all of it was building toward. I'll share more very soon. To everyone who's been part of this journey—genuinely, thank you," he said.

Before joining HP India, Pandey held leadership positions across IBM and HP, building experience in marketing, brand strategy and business transformation across regional and global markets.
