Wow! Momo has appointed Sylvia Dutta as Lead – Corporate Communications & PR, strengthening its leadership team as the brand continues to scale across India.
Dutta joins the company after a nearly 15-year stint at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd, where she most recently served as Lead – Corporate Communications. During her tenure, she played a key role in shaping the communications strategy for one of India’s largest food service companies.
Announcing her move on LinkedIn, Dutta reflected on her professional journey and transition. She noted that after years of telling the story of “dough, cheese, and the promise of delivery in 30 minutes or less,” she is now stepping into a new chapter with Wow! Momo.
She also expressed excitement about joining the fast-growing QSR chain, highlighting its evolution from a single kiosk in 2008 to a brand with over 800 stores across more than 80 cities. The company has also diversified its portfolio with formats such as Wow! China, Wow! Chicken, and Wow! Kulfi.
With over 16 years of experience spanning corporate communications, public relations, and brand management, Dutta brings a mix of editorial and corporate storytelling expertise. Her career began as a news anchor with Northeast TV before transitioning into corporate communications leadership.
