Redcliffe Labs has appointed healthcare industry veteran Ramesh Krishnan as an Independent Director on its Board, effective August 2026.
Krishnan brings over three decades of experience across healthcare services, hospital operations, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, capital allocation and corporate governance. His appointment comes as Redcliffe Labs continues to expand its integrated healthcare platform and strengthen its institutional governance.
He is currently the Founder and CEO of Medagg Healthcare, a technology-enabled platform focused on interventional radiology, and serves as Executive Director at Rela Institute and Medical Centre. Earlier, Krishnan served as CEO and Head of Middle East and South Asia at Parkway Pantai, part of IHH Healthcare.
During his earlier tenure with Fortis Healthcare, he led operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Dubai, Sri Lanka and Mauritius. He has also served as Operating Partner at Everstone Capital’s healthcare services platform.
Over the course of his career, Krishnan has served on more than 20 boards, including Gleneagles Development, Continental Hospitals, Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals and Sahyadri Hospitals. He currently serves as an Independent Director at Yatharth Super Speciality Hospitals.
Commenting on the appointment, Aditya Kandoi, Founder and CEO, Redcliffe Labs, said that the healthcare sector is increasingly moving from standalone diagnostic services towards integrated, technology-enabled care combining diagnostics, radiology, AI-powered insights and preventive healthcare.
He added that Krishnan’s operating experience, strategic perspective and board-level expertise will bring an independent viewpoint as Redcliffe Labs works towards its next phase of growth.
