McDonald’s India has named Shruti Shukla as its new Head of Strategy & Insights, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to focus on data-driven growth and customer-centric decision-making.
Shukla announced her appointment through a LinkedIn post, stating:

Shukla joins the quick-service restaurant chain after a distinguished tenure of more than 11 years at McKinsey & Company, where she held a series of progressively senior roles across analytics, insights, and strategic capabilities.
Most recently, she served as Capabilities & Insights Expert at McKinsey, a position she held from January 2023 to June 2026. Prior to this role, she worked as Capabilities & Insights Specialist, Senior Analyst, and Analyst, contributing to the firm's research and strategic insights functions.
Before beginning her journey at McKinsey in 2015, Shukla worked as a Process Manager at eClerx.
