Dhruv Dhawan, Vice President – Revenue at The Trade Desk, is set to move on from the global advertising technology company, exchange4media has learnt from multiple sources.

Dhawan joined The Trade Desk in April 2025 and was responsible for revenue for its India business. During his tenure, he worked with advertisers and agencies as the company expanded its presence in India and focused on the open internet.

Before joining The Trade Desk, Dhawan was with JioStar, where he led the Markets vertical. Prior to the formation of JioStar, he was Head of Ads at Disney+ Hotstar, overseeing sales, strategy, go-to-market, content solutions, ad-tech operations and partnerships.

Dhawan spent over nine years at Google in various leadership roles, working across sectors including telecom, BFSI, FMCG, automotive, ecommerce and retail.

Earlier, he held sales and marketing roles at Bharti Airtel and worked in management consulting at Accenture.

Dhawan has over two decades of experience across digital strategy, advertising, sales, business development, marketing and consulting.

His next move was not known at the time of publishing.
