PepsiCo has appointed Tanvi Swami as marketing director for its flagship beverage brands Pepsi, 7UP and Mirinda, strengthening its marketing leadership team.
Swami announced her appointment in a LinkedIn post, expressing excitement about joining PepsiCo and thanking the company's leadership and talent teams for the opportunity. She said she looks forward to working with the team behind the iconic brands.
Before joining PepsiCo, Swami served as marketing director at Pernod Ricard, a role she assumed in February 2025. During her tenure, she led marketing initiatives across the company's premium spirits portfolio, including Chivas Regal, The Glenlivet, its gin brands and Lillet.
Prior to Pernod Ricard, Swami spent more than seven years at Kellogg Company, where she held a series of marketing roles across India, Singapore and the AMEA region. Her earlier experience includes stints at Britannia Industries and advertising agency JWT, while she began her career as a project manager at Leo Burnett.
With experience spanning FMCG, beverages and advertising, Swami brings expertise in brand strategy, portfolio management and consumer marketing to her new role at PepsiCo.
