Ankit Pandey has joined Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) as Group Head – Ad Sales (Sports).
Pandey announced his new role in a LinkedIn post, marking his return to SPNI for a second stint.
Before joining SPNI, Pandey was Associate Director – Sports (TV & Digital) at JioStar, where he spent close to two years. He was involved in sports advertising across television and digital platforms.
Pandey previously worked with SPNI from January 2021 to May 2023. This marks his second stint with the network.
He has also worked with Viacom18 during his career.
Sharing the update on LinkedIn, Pandey said, “Some journeys feel less like a new beginning and more like coming home,” adding that he was taking with him experiences and professional relationships from his stint with JioStar Sports Ads.
