Epigamia has appointed Mansi M. as its head of marketing, bringing on board a marketing professional with experience across brand management, product innovation, sales and distribution.
Mansi joins Epigamia after nearly nine years at Hindustan Unilever (HUL), where she held multiple marketing and sales roles. Most recently, she served as senior marketing manager for OZiva, overseeing brand building, product innovation, business growth and profitability.
Announcing her move on LinkedIn, Mansi said she was embarking on a new professional chapter after finding her career at Unilever “a little too comfortable”. She described the transition as an opportunity to take on new challenges and contribute to Epigamia’s next phase of growth.
During her tenure at HUL, Mansi worked across several categories and responsibilities, having joined the company in 2017 as a key account manager. Her role involved managing accounts across personal care, home care, food and refreshments.
Before HUL, she worked at Airtel between 2014 and 2017 as a product manager and assistant manager for sales and distribution. She began her career at Britannia Industries, where she worked in trade marketing and sales development from 2012 to 2014.
Speaking about her move to Epigamia, Mansi highlighted the brand’s founding vision, shaped by its late founder, Rohan Mirchandani. She said she looked forward to building on the brand’s legacy, taking calculated risks and learning as she navigates her new role.
