Sukhleen Aneja appointed CEO of Pure Home and Living

Former Nykaa Kay Beauty business head and ex-The Good Glamm Group CEO brings over two decades of leadership across beauty, FMCG and consumer brands.

Pure Home and Living has appointed Sukhleen Aneja as its Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership move for the home décor and lifestyle brand as it looks to accelerate its next phase of growth.

Aneja joins the company from Nykaa, where she served as Senior Vice President and Business Head for the Kay Beauty brand. In this role, she led end-to-end P&L operations across key markets including India, the UK and the UAE. She also played a key role in repositioning Earth Rhythm within Nykaa’s portfolio and spearheaded the international expansion of Kay Beauty, including its launch with UK-based beauty retailer Space NK.

Prior to Nykaa, Aneja was the CEO of The Good Glamm Group from December 2021 to June 2024. During her tenure, she led the integration and scaling of several digital-first brands such as MyGlamm, Sirona, and The Moms Co.. Her role involved driving business transformation across e-commerce, strengthening supply chain integration, and improving profitability.

Earlier, Aneja spent over four years at Reckitt as Chief Marketing Officer for Hygiene, South Asia. She was part of the global leadership team and managed leading brands such as Harpic, Lysol, and Vanish. During this period, she led several purpose-driven campaigns, including Mission Paani, and contributed to award-winning work recognised at platforms such as the Effie Awards and Cannes Lions.

Her career also includes leadership roles at L'Oréal, where she handled international marketing for Garnier across South Asia Pacific, and at Unilever, working on brands such as Lakmé and Knorr. She began her career in sales and customer development, managing operations across Uttar Pradesh for Unilever’s premium personal care portfolio.

With over two decades of experience spanning beauty, personal care, FMCG, and digital-first consumer brands, Aneja is expected to steer Pure Home and Living into its next phase of expansion and brand evolution.
