L’Oréal India has named Aditi Krishnan as its Head of External Communications, strengthening its corporate affairs and communications leadership team.
In her new role, Krishnan will lead the company’s external communications strategy, drive stakeholder engagement initiatives, and support efforts to further enhance L’Oréal India’s corporate reputation. She will report to Anasuya Ray, Chief Corporate Officer, L’Oréal India.
Krishnan joins the beauty and personal care company from AB InBev India, where she served as Senior Manager – Communications. During her tenure, she was involved in shaping the brewer’s communications strategy and brand narratives.
With extensive experience in corporate communications, Krishnan brings expertise across media relations, crisis communications, reputation management, strategic stakeholder engagement, and impact storytelling. Over the years, she has worked across multiple sectors, including FMCG, real estate, automotive, and financial services, developing and executing communication strategies for a range of leading organisations.
Her appointment comes as L’Oréal India continues to strengthen its communications function amid the growing importance of corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement, and purpose-led storytelling in the consumer goods sector.
