Apostrophe Ventures names Divya Narayan, Leila Bilimoria Surti and Saji Abraham as Managing Partners

The leadership trio will drive the communications and advisory platform’s integrated offerings, while Hardev Dhindsa joins as Chief Technology and AI Advisor.

Apostrophe Ventures, the communications and advisory platform founded by Ameer Ismail, has appointed Divya Narayan, Leila Bilimoria Surti and Saji Abraham as Managing Partners.

Together, the three leaders will work closely with Ismail to drive the company’s growth, strengthen senior client relationships and build capabilities across corporate and brand communications, public relations, reputation and crisis management, brand and marketing strategy, creative and content, and digital and social influence.

The appointments bring together more than seven decades of combined leadership and cross-functional experience across communications, advertising, marketing and brand strategy.

Apostrophe Ventures has also appointed technology entrepreneur Hardev Dhindsa as its Chief Technology and AI Advisor. Dhindsa will work with the leadership team to develop AI-enabled platforms and solutions that will form a core part of the company’s offering, while advising on emerging technology opportunities.

Commenting on the appointments, Ameer Ismail, Founder & CEO, Apostrophe Ventures, said the three leaders bring cross-functional experience, entrepreneurial energy and a deep understanding of brands, businesses and reputation to the platform. He added that Dhindsa’s technology and AI expertise would help transform the company’s capabilities.

Divya Narayan brings more than two decades of experience across corporate communications, reputation, brand storytelling and agency leadership. She was most recently part of the senior communications team at Amazon India, where she led integrated communications, executive positioning and reputation management. Earlier, she held leadership roles at Lintas Live, Edelman and Ruder Finn.

Leila Bilimoria Surti has over two decades of experience spanning corporate communications, public relations and brand marketing. She most recently ran her own marketing and communications firm and previously spent more than 12 years at Lintas Live, advising brands across corporate and financial communications, lifestyle, hospitality, travel, FMCG and food and beverage. She also led External Communications for Barclays Global Retail and Commercial Bank in India.

Saji Abraham brings more than three decades of experience in advertising, brand strategy and marketing. He most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Classic Legends, where he led the revival and growth of Jawa, Yezdi and BSA. Earlier, he spent a significant part of his career at Lowe Lintas, working across FMCG, automotive, banking and other sectors. He also founded Fighting Fit Brands, a strategy consulting firm, and has received Effies, WARC, AME and Cannes awards.

With the expanded leadership team, Apostrophe Ventures aims to build an integrated communications and advisory platform combining strategic, creative, reputation, technology and AI capabilities.
