Parul Bajaj appointed as vice president & chief of staff at The Coca-Cola Company

Parul Bajaj has been appointed as Vice President & Chief of Staff at The Coca-Cola Company, where she will serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Vice President and Global Chief Communications, Sustainability & Strategic Partnerships Officer.

In her new role, Bajaj will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic priorities across communications, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement, while supporting enterprise-wide initiatives and transformation agendas.

Bajaj brings extensive experience spanning corporate communications, sustainability, executive advisory, and stakeholder engagement across global markets. She has built a strong track record of leading impactful communication strategies and strengthening stakeholder relationships in complex, multinational environments.

Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, she held leadership roles at Nissan Motor Corporation, Bridgestone Americas, and FedEx. Across these organisations, she led initiatives covering sustainability, corporate affairs, executive communications, foundation leadership, and strategic partnerships.

Her career spans key global markets including the United States and Europe, where she has been instrumental in aligning communications with business strategy and advancing organisational impact through integrated stakeholder engagement.

With this appointment, The Coca-Cola Company continues to strengthen its leadership bench across global communications and sustainability functions.
