Sridhar Solur has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lasko Products, marking a new leadership chapter for the 120-year-old brand. Solur announced his appointment through a LinkedIn post, where he expressed enthusiasm about leading a company with strong retail relationships and significant growth potential.
In his statement, Solur outlined a clear strategic focus on building consumer-centric products, expanding into new categories and geographies, and driving execution with speed. He emphasised a hands-on, action-oriented approach, highlighting priorities such as innovation, agility, and customer-first thinking.
Solur brings over two decades of experience in transforming consumer product organisations. Most recently, he served as CEO of Kenmore, where he revitalised the product portfolio, expanded into new home appliance categories, and led the brand’s entry into new markets.
Prior to that, he was Chief Product Officer at SharkNinja, where he played a key role in launching category-defining robotic products. His leadership experience also includes senior roles at Berkshire Grey, Comcast, and HP, where he drove product expansion and growth across emerging customer segments.
In his new role, Solur is expected to steer Lasko Products’ next phase of growth, with a focus on accelerating innovation, launching new product lines, and expanding into adjacent categories to better serve consumers and retail partners.
