Bishnupriya Narayan Joins L&T Realty as Head of Communications

L&T Realty has announced the appointment of Bishnupriya Narayan as its new Head of Communications. In this role, she will spearhead the company’s communications strategy, corporate reputation management, and stakeholder engagement initiatives, supporting the organisation’s growth and brand ambitions.

Narayan joins L&T Realty after a successful stint of over three years at Akasa Air, where she most recently served as Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications and CSR. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in shaping the airline’s communications narrative and strengthening its public profile through a crucial phase of launch and expansion.

With a career spanning corporate communications, brand strategy, and public relations, Narayan brings deep expertise in building integrated, high-impact communications programmes across sectors. Her professional journey includes leadership roles at Dream Sports as well as agency stints with Publicis Groupe, Dentsu Creative PR, Burson, among others, offering her a comprehensive perspective across both corporate and agency ecosystems.

In her new role at L&T Realty, Narayan will focus on driving cohesive communications strategies that reinforce the company’s market leadership and long-term vision.
