RollsKing, a fast-growing cloud kitchen and quick-service restaurant (QSR) chain, has appointed hospitality industry veteran Arjun Toor as its co-founder, bolstering its leadership team at a time when the brand is accelerating its national expansion and refining its consumer and operations strategy.
Toor brings over 15 years of experience spanning hospitality operations, consumer behaviour analysis and commercial strategy. The company said he will work closely with the senior leadership to drive menu development, outlet expansion and process-led efficiencies across formats, as RollsKing scales its footprint across India.
From UK kitchens to India’s multi-format restaurant sector
Toor began his professional journey in the United Kingdom, where he developed hands-on operational expertise in high-volume food service environments that demand speed, precision and tight coordination to deliver consistent performance.
Over the years, he has worked across a wide spectrum of restaurant formats in India, ranging from casual dining and bar-led concepts to Michelin-star–led establishments. This exposure, RollsKing said, has equipped him with a strong understanding of both front-end customer experience and back-end operational complexity.
At RollsKing, Toor will lead new store openings (NSOs) and growth initiatives, oversee menu stabilisation, staffing and training programmes, and conduct store-level performance reviews across multiple cities. He will also focus on building scalable systems that safeguard quality while supporting rapid expansion.
Strengthening supply chains and cost structures
The company highlighted Toor’s experience in managing centralised, multi-location operations, particularly in areas such as supply chain design, vendor consolidation and cost optimisation — capabilities seen as critical for maintaining consistency and margins in the highly competitive QSR segment.
His operational approach is expected to introduce sharper efficiency benchmarks across the organisation, strengthening RollsKing’s execution capabilities as it expands into new markets.
Focus on menu architecture and brand systems
In his new role, Toor will also spearhead key priorities across menu architecture, brand communication and rollout planning. With a background in analysing repeat ordering behaviour, portion engineering and high-efficiency kitchen design, he is expected to develop systems that enhance unit-level performance without diluting the brand’s core promise of taste and quality.
RollsKing said the appointment reflects its intent to institutionalise operations and build a leadership structure capable of supporting long-term, sustainable growth in India’s rapidly evolving food services market.
