Zoo Media has appointed Anita Kotwani as Senior Partner, Growth, strengthening its leadership team as it scales its independent marketing network. Kotwani joins after stints at WPP Media (Mindshare) and Dentsu, bringing over two decades of experience across media, creative, and customer experience.
At WPP, she managed key client portfolios, while at Dentsu, she played a pivotal role in integrating creative, media, and CXM capabilities as Chief Client Officer.
In her new role, Kotwani will work across Zoo Media’s portfolio of agencies, including FoxyMoron, The Rabbit Hole, Pollen, The Starter Labs, and Phosphene, aligning capabilities and driving growth initiatives. She will also collaborate closely with the founders on the network’s international expansion, particularly in markets such as New York and Dubai.
Commenting on the appointment, Suveer Bajaj, co-founder, Zoo Media, said Kotwani’s move signals strong intent, adding that her experience across global systems will help define the company’s next phase of growth.
Pratik Gupta, co-founder, Zoo Media, highlighted her ability to bridge strategy and execution at scale, noting that her understanding of evolving client expectations in a technology-first landscape will help shape the network’s future.
Kotwani said her experience at WPP and Dentsu provided a blueprint for building scale and integration, but emphasised that the future of advertising will be driven by speed, intelligence, and seamless orchestration across creative, media, and technology. She added that her role at Zoo Media will focus on architecting growth and building a globally competitive independent network for the AI era.
