KRBL Ltd has appointed Manish Maheshwari as General Manager – Sales Excellence, adding him to the company’s India leadership team as it sharpens its focus on market effectiveness and operational rigour.
In his new role, Maheshwari will be responsible for strengthening sales capability and ensuring consistency in execution across markets. His mandate includes overseeing route-to-market strategies, pricing and promotions, trade investments, and the development of technology-enabled systems to support scalable growth.
The appointment comes at a time when KRBL, one of India’s leading packaged rice companies, is refining its sales operating model to improve performance and execution quality across its domestic footprint.
Focus on Sales Transformation and Market Execution
Maheshwari will play a central role in aligning KRBL’s sales processes with its broader transformation agenda, with an emphasis on structured execution, data-driven decision-making and long-term capability building.
The company said his experience in managing complex sales environments and driving system-led execution will be key as KRBL looks to strengthen its presence across channels and geographies.
Seasoned Sales Leader with FMCG and Tech Platform Experience
Maheshwari brings more than 16 years of experience in sales leadership and business management. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon.
Over the course of his career, he has worked with organisations such as ITC and B2B e-commerce platform Udaan. Most recently, he was the founder of his own startup, Nirmaan, where he gained first-hand entrepreneurial and operational experience.
