Lotus Herbals has appointed Puja Singh as Assistant General Manager – Marketing, strengthening its leadership team as the brand expands its presence in India’s beauty and personal care market.

In her new role, Singh will lead marketing and brand operations while driving strategic growth across Lotus Herbals’ portfolio, which includes Lotus Herbals, Lotus Dermabotanics, Lotus Makeup, Lotus Organics+, Lotus Botanicals and the clinical skin-tech brand Dermacy.

A gold medalist MBA and an alumna of ISB Hyderabad and Miranda House, Singh brings over 15 years of experience in the beauty and personal care industry. She joins Lotus Herbals after serving as Head of Marketing and Innovations at McNROE Consumer Products.

Over the course of her career, Singh has built expertise across brand strategy, digital marketing, and consumer engagement, particularly in connecting with Gen Z and millennial audiences through digitally driven campaigns. Her experience also includes managing celebrity and influencer marketing strategies designed to build brand recall while driving measurable e-commerce growth. She has also overseen marketing budgets and P&L responsibilities, focusing on delivering sustainable revenue growth.

This appointment also marks Singh’s return to Lotus Herbals. She previously served as Marketing Manager for the brand’s makeup division and exclusive brand outlets (EBOs), where she played a key role in launching and repositioning Lotus Makeup as a youth-focused brand.

With her familiarity with the brand and experience in category innovation, Singh is expected to support the company’s next phase of growth. In her new position, she will focus on strengthening Lotus Herbals’ presence across digital and traditional channels while expanding the brand’s footprint in the organic beauty and dermatological skincare segments.
