Global D2C gifting platform IGP has appointed Hetal Goyal as Vice President – Category. In her new role, she will lead the company's category strategy, merchandising, sourcing, private label development and business growth initiatives.
Goyal brings over two decades of experience across retail, e-commerce and quick commerce, with expertise in category management, merchandising, strategic sourcing, private label development and P&L management.
Before joining IGP, she served as Senior Director at Zepto, where she led the company's Zepto Cafe and Private Labels businesses. Over the course of her career, she has also held leadership roles at Udaan, Primarc Pecan Retail, Crossword Bookstores, Reliance Retail and Future Group, driving category expansion, merchandising, sourcing and customer-centric growth initiatives.

At IGP, Goyal will focus on expanding the company's product portfolio by strengthening category selection, building strategic vendor partnerships, enhancing sourcing capabilities and identifying opportunities to scale existing and new categories to improve the customer experience.
