Premium dairy and health-focused food and beverage brand Epigamia has announced key leadership changes, appointing Mansi Modi as Marketing Head and Rahul Bhagat to lead Manufacturing, as the company looks to build on its recent business momentum and accelerate its next phase of growth. Modi and Bhagat are set to join the organisation at the end of September.
The appointments come as Epigamia targets an annualised revenue run rate of over Rs 1,000 crore in the next financial year, with the company also planning to double its business over the next 24–30 months.

Modi brings more than 14 years of experience across marketing and brand leadership roles in the consumer sector. Her career includes stints at Hindustan Unilever, where she led marketing for Oziva, as well as Airtel and Britannia. Her experience spans both established and high-growth consumer brands. At Epigamia, she will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen the brand and support the company's growth momentum.
Bhagat, meanwhile, brings extensive experience in manufacturing and operational leadership. He has held manufacturing roles across organisations including Danone, Britannia, ITC Foods and Tata Consumer. At Epigamia, he will be responsible for strengthening the company’s manufacturing capabilities as it continues to expand its operations across the country.
The company has also announced the departure of Ankur Goel, Chief Operating Officer, who will be moving on after a decade in the startup ecosystem. Goel is leaving the business for personal reasons and plans to focus on his health and family.
