AARAV Fragrances & Flavors has appointed Yatin Sheth as Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Ingredient Business, as the company looks to accelerate growth and strengthen its position in the global ingredients market.
In his new role, Sheth will lead the strategic growth, operational excellence, and international expansion of AARAV’s Ingredient Business. The appointment aligns with the company’s focus on expanding its specialty ingredients portfolio and enhancing its global footprint.
Sheth brings more than three decades of experience in the specialty and fine chemicals industry, having held leadership positions at organizations including Galaxy Surfactants, Atul Ltd., Nouryon, Ester Industries, Archean Chemicals, and Ashapura Minechem.
Over the course of his career, he has led business transformation initiatives, driven revenue growth, forged strategic partnerships, and managed operations across key international markets. His experience spans Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, where he has overseen key accounts, distribution networks, and business development activities.

Apart from his corporate experience, Sheth has completed leadership development programmes at IIM Ahmedabad and Dale Carnegie. He is also a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coach and mentor with interests in organizational development, sustainability, and talent building.
