Percept Live, the experiential and digital communication division of the Percept brand group, has appointed Nikhil Uniyal and Sonal Shah to strategic leadership roles, the company announced on Monday.

The moves are part of Percept Live’s effort to strengthen its capabilities across digital strategy, brand engagement and integrated client servicing as market demand for hybrid creative solutions grows.

New Leadership Roles Defined

In his new role, Nikhil Uniyal has been named Chief Growth Officer — Digital & Data, where he will lead Percept Live’s digital transformation offerings, including data-driven marketing initiatives, technology integration and audience analytics.

Meanwhile, Sonal Shah has joined as Vice President – Marketing & Communications, with responsibility for overall brand positioning, external communications, and strategic narrative development across Percept Live’s portfolio of services.

Leadership Commentary on Strategy and Vision

Speaking about his new mandate, Nikhil Uniyal said:

I’m excited to take on this expanded role at Percept Live. The landscape of brand engagement is evolving rapidly, and our ability to combine digital innovation with data insights will be central to how we help clients connect meaningfully with audiences.

Uniyal — who has a track record in digital strategy and business transformation — highlighted the importance of blending creative thinking with analytical insights to drive measurable results for clients.

Sonal Shah commented on her appointment, saying:

I look forward to shaping Percept Live’s brand story at a time when communications and experiences increasingly intersect. It’s a great opportunity to build narratives that resonate not just with clients, but with their audiences across platforms.

Strengthening Market Relevance

Both appointments come amid broader shifts in the communications and experiential marketing landscape, where integrated approaches combining traditional experiential engagement with digital and data capabilities are becoming standard.

Percept Live said the leadership changes are aimed at further enhancing its competitive edge, sharpening strategic depth and expanding value-added support across client accounts.

Industry Context: Hybrid Solutions in Demand

Industry observers note that clients today are seeking agencies that can seamlessly marry experience design, digital performance, creative strategy and brand storytelling — especially as platforms evolve and consumer behaviour fragments across channels.

By reinforcing its leadership team with experienced executives in digital growth and communications strategy, Percept Live looks to better align with this demand and elevate its service architecture for current and future clients.
