Colgate-Palmolive India has announced a leadership transition, with Prabha Narasimhan set to take on the role of Executive Vice President – Marketing, Asia-Pacific Division, Colgate-Palmolive. She will assume the new position at the close of business on September 27, 2026.
Manish Anandani has been appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Colgate-Palmolive India, effective September 28, 2026.
Narasimhan has served as MD and CEO of Colgate-Palmolive India for the past four years, during which she led the business through a period of growth. Her tenure focused on premiumisation, digital transformation, expansion in quick commerce and consumer-led innovation, alongside efforts to strengthen oral hygiene awareness across urban and rural markets.
Prior to joining Colgate-Palmolive India, Narasimhan held several senior leadership positions at Hindustan Unilever, including Executive Director – Home Care. Her experience across categories and markets will now be brought to her new Asia-Pacific marketing mandate.
Anandani joins Colgate-Palmolive India from Kenvue, where he served as Managing Director for India and South Asia. He brings around three decades of experience spanning sales, marketing, general management and senior leadership.
Anandani is also a former Colgate-Palmolive executive, having spent 13 years with the company between 2005 and 2018. During his earlier stint, he held leadership roles across India, Indochina and the company's corporate office.
The leadership transition will see Narasimhan move into a broader regional role while Anandani returns to Colgate-Palmolive India to lead the business as MD and CEO.
