Vikrant Mudaliar has moved on from his role as Chief Marketing Officer at Dream Sports, bringing to a close an over eight-year stint with the company where he led marketing for its flagship brand Dream11.
Mudaliar joined Dream Sports in 2018 and was responsible for shaping the company’s marketing strategy during a period of rapid scale for India’s online fantasy sports ecosystem.

As CMO, he oversaw brand building, customer acquisition, and large-scale campaigns that helped position Dream11 as one of the country’s most recognisable sports platforms.
During his tenure, Dream Sports expanded into a multi-brand sports technology portfolio that includes Dream11, FanCode, DreamSetGo, Dream Cricket, Dream Money, Dream Play and Dream Horizon, alongside its philanthropic arm, the Dream Sports Foundation.
Prior to his role at Dream Sports, Mudaliar served as Chief Marketing Officer at Yatra Online between 2015 and 2018, where he led marketing across business lines, focusing on revenue growth, brand positioning, customer engagement and partnerships.
Earlier, he was Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Lenskart.com, driving category expansion and growth for the eyewear platform. His career also includes a long stint at Tata Sky (now Tata Play), where he served as Vice President – Brand Marketing for nearly a decade, handling customer acquisition, brand strategy, media planning and large-scale campaigns.
Mudaliar began his career with General Motors India, working on brand and marketing initiatives for its Chevrolet and Opel portfolios.
An alumnus of the École des Ponts Business School (MBA) and a participant in the IRG100 Leadership Program, Mudaliar has built a career across media, telecom, travel and e-commerce before moving into sports technology.
