Khedkar has been with Leo Burnett for close to a decade, during which he has worked across leadership roles and managed key client relationships. His elevation reflects continuity within the agency’s leadership and a reliance on internal talent familiar with its culture and strategic priorities.
Two-Decade Career Across Agencies
Before joining Leo Burnett, Khedkar served as brand partner at BBH India. Earlier in his career, he held senior account leadership roles at agencies including Ogilvy & Mather (O&M), Publicis Ambience and Percept H.
With over two decades of experience in advertising and communications, Khedkar’s career spans multiple sectors and client portfolios, positioning him to lead Leo Burnett’s Mumbai operations at a time of evolving client and market demands.
