BajajCapital Insurance Broking has appointed Anuj Saraf as senior vice president and head of marketing.
In this role, Saraf will oversee brand strategy, digital marketing, and digital transformation for the company.
He joins from ITW Universe, where he worked on brand and strategy consulting. Prior to that, he was deputy general manager – marketing at ACKO, managing brand, category, and growth across motor and health insurance. He has also worked with Xiaomi India and Emami.
Venkatesh Naidu, CEO of BajajCapital Insurance Broking, said the appointment is aimed at improving how the company communicates complex insurance products and builds customer trust.
Anuj Saraf said he plans to focus on building a data-driven and AI-led marketing approach.
The company stated that the move is part of its effort to strengthen marketing, with a focus on digital engagement and clearer customer communication.
