Honasa Consumer has elevated Shivang Jain to the role of Chief Executive Officer of BTM Ventures, the parent company of Reginald Men and Molecular Company. In his new role, Jain will lead the strategic direction, business operations, and growth of both brands, marking an internal leadership transition aimed at accelerating the next phase of expansion.
The appointment follows Honasa Consumer's acquisition of a majority stake in BTM Ventures in December 2025. Jain, who previously served as Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Chief of Staff at Honasa, worked closely with the founders on corporate strategy, business planning, portfolio expansion, and other key strategic initiatives.
Commenting on the appointment, Varun Alagh, Co-founder and CEO of Honasa Consumer, said Jain has played a key role in shaping the company's growth strategy and understands its approach to building consumer-first brands. He added that BTM Ventures has significant growth potential and expressed confidence in Jain's ability to scale the business with agility, innovation, and a strong consumer focus.

Jain brings over a decade of experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation. Before joining Honasa Consumer, he worked with Avendus Capital, EY, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. He is a PGDBM graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur.
