Snabbit, India’s leading quick home services platform, today announced the appointment of Madhavi Kochar as Vice President – Communications, further strengthening its leadership team. Madhavi will lead the company’s external and internal communications, with responsibility for corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement and employee communications.
Madhavi brings two decades of experience in communications and joins Snabbit after an 11-year tenure at Amazon. She most recently served as Head – IN Stores Communications, having previously held the role of Head – India Corporate Communications. Her experience across these leadership roles will support Snabbit as it builds greater understanding of its business and the category it is creating.
Working closely with the leadership team, Madhavi will shape a communications strategy that connects Snabbit’s business priorities with how it engages customers, experts, employees and other stakeholders. Her mandate will include shaping the company’s corporate and business narrative, alongside internal communications that strengthen dialogue, reinforce culture and keep teams aligned as the organisation grows.
Snabbit is bringing technology, structure and reliability to everyday house help, accelerating the shift from fragmented, offline supply to an organised, on-demand model. The company has crossed 1 crore lifetime jobs and surpassed 1.15 lakh jobs in a single day in June. It operates across more than 200 micro-markets in 5 cities (Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru).
This growth brings an increasing responsibility to communicate clearly about the company’s model, the standards it is building and the opportunities it creates. Madhavi’s appointment adds experienced communications leadership as Snabbit invests in the people and capabilities needed to build a trusted, enduring business.
