Namita Jadhav, Vice President – Corporate Communications at JioStar, has decided to move on from the organisation, confirming her exit after an extensive career in the media and entertainment industry.
With over 25 years of experience in communications and reputation management, Jadhav has played a significant role in shaping corporate narratives across India’s media landscape. At JioStar, she led enterprise, sports, and policy communications, stepping into the vice president role in November 2025 after serving as director in the same function.
She spent nearly two decades with the company in its earlier form as The Walt Disney Company India, holding multiple leadership roles in communications. Following the merger that led to the formation of JioStar, she continued to operate in a senior capacity within the new entity.
Throughout her career, Jadhav has advised CEOs and leadership teams on critical areas such as reputation management, crisis governance, executive positioning, and enterprise communications—especially during periods of transformation and public scrutiny. Her portfolio also includes handling communications for major sports properties, mergers and acquisitions, as well as regulatory and policy-related matters.
Earlier, she was associated with Weber Shandwick India, where she served as group head from 2000 to 2007.
