Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Ltd. appoints Bharadwaj Rachamadugu as CEO

Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Ltd. (SSKL) has appointed Bharadwaj Rachamadugu as its Chief Executive Officer, marking a leadership transition that highlights the company’s emphasis on nurturing talent from within.

Rachamadugu has been closely involved in several strategic initiatives at SSKL over the years, including building the company’s e-commerce vertical, strengthening operations, and driving expansion into new markets. He also played a key role during the company’s IPO journey, working across teams to support its growth trajectory.

Commenting on the appointment, Prasad Chalavadi, Founder and Managing Director of SSKL, said the decision reflects both Rachamadugu’s contribution and leadership qualities.
