Sharmista Dev has joined Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH and Propagate as Head of Growth, East, where she will spearhead growth initiatives and strengthen the agencies' relationships with brands across eastern India.
Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Dev said she is excited to work with the combined capabilities of Saatchi & Saatchi India, BBH India and Propagate India to drive business growth and build stronger partnerships with brands in the region.
Prior to this appointment, Dev was Head of East at Rediffusion Brand Solutions, where she led business management, team development and new business acquisition. Before that, she worked as a Business Consultant at PromotEdge.
Dev brings extensive experience across advertising, marketing and business development, having held leadership roles including President, East at 82point5, Head of Office at Bates CHI & Partners, Corporate Manager – Marketing at Eveready Industries India, and Business Head and Brand Team Leader at Ogilvy, where she spent more than two decades in various leadership positions.
