Channel Factory has appointed Dimple Duggal Rawat as sales director – west, strengthening its leadership team as it looks to deepen advertiser partnerships and expand its presence in key regional markets.
Based in Mumbai, Rawat will head sales operations across western India and oversee relationships with advertisers in the region.
Two decades across TV and digital sales
Rawat joins Channel Factory with more than 20 years of experience spanning television, digital platforms and integrated media sales.
Before taking up the new role, she served as account director – digital and TV ad sales at JioHotstar Sports Ads, where she managed advertiser relationships across Star Sports and the company’s digital properties.
Her previous assignments include a leadership role at Enterr10 Television, where she worked as group head – west, and a nearly nine-year stint at Sri Adhikari Brothers Group. At Sri Adhikari Brothers, she led sales operations across the western and southern markets, handling both FCT and non-FCT advertising deals.
Career spanning media, publishing and consumer brands
Earlier in her career, Rawat held senior roles at Sony Pictures Entertainment, The Indian Express and BSH Home Appliances. Across these organisations, she worked in areas ranging from content syndication and advertising sales to advertiser partnerships and regional revenue development.
Channel Factory’s appointment of Rawat comes as digital advertising platforms continue to sharpen their focus on regional market expansion and deeper engagement with brand partners, particularly in high-growth urban centres such as Mumbai and Pune.
