Keventers has elevated Shaurya Prabhat to the role of Chief Executive Officer, marking a leadership transition as founder Agastya Dalmia steps aside from the position.

Prabhat, who joined the company in 2017, has been a key figure in its growth journey, most recently serving as Director and Chief Strategy Officer. Over the years, he has expanded his responsibilities from business development to overseeing strategy, marketing, operations, human resources, and overall business excellence. Based in New Delhi, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s commercial direction.

Before his stint at Keventers, Prabhat worked with The Smart Cube (now part of WNS Global Services), advising Fortune 100 clients across industries including retail, banking, pharmaceuticals, and oil and gas. He holds degrees in economics from the University of London and the University of Warwick.

As CEO and Managing Director, Prabhat will spearhead the company’s next phase of growth. Keventers plans to open around 70 new outlets in the coming year and is aiming to triple its business over the next three years, followed by further scale in the longer term.

Beyond its core outlet expansion, the brand is also exploring new growth avenues across retail and FMCG, quick commerce, and institutional sales. This aligns with its broader ambition of evolving into a “House of Brands” with a diversified food and beverage portfolio.

Dalmia, who revived Keventers for a new generation of consumers, expressed confidence in Prabhat’s leadership, highlighting his role in navigating key milestones, including the pandemic, business restructuring, and fundraising.
