Former Finolex Industries Vice President – Sales and Marketing Sumit Bhatia has joined 367 Agency as co-founder, marking a shift from brand leadership to the agency business.
Bhatia announced the move through a LinkedIn post, describing it as the beginning of a new chapter after nearly 19 years of building brands across sectors including telecom, sports and lifestyle, healthcare, cement and building materials.
Reflecting on his career, he said that while industries and consumer behaviour continue to evolve, the foundation of strong brands remains unchanged. According to Bhatia, lasting brands are built on trust before preference—a principle that has guided his work throughout his career.
Before joining 367 Agency, Bhatia served as Vice President – Sales and Marketing at Finolex Industries. Over the years, he has also held leadership roles at Airtel, Reebok, Bausch + Lomb and Dalmia Bharat, gaining experience across multiple consumer and industrial categories.
In his LinkedIn post, Bhatia said joining 367 Agency felt less like taking on another role and more like embarking on the right next chapter in his professional journey.
