Richa Dholi has taken on a new role at Kotak Mahindra Bank as Head of Marketing – Credit Cards, bringing with her extensive experience across marketing, brand communication, social media and digital content.
Prior to this appointment, Dholi was associated with Qure.ai as Global Marketing Director. Before that, she served as Head of Social Media and New Age Content at HDFC Bank, where she contributed to several initiatives, including Vigil Aunty, PayZapp and Pixel.
Over the course of her career, Dholi has held positions across a diverse range of organisations and agencies, including Wunderman Thompson South Asia, Koo India, Ogilvy, Capgemini, Lowe Lintas and Partners, and McCann Worldgroup.
In her new capacity, she will lead marketing for Kotak Mahindra Bank's credit card business.
