Havas CX India has appointed Amandeep Singh Kochar as executive vice president – experience strategy and martech head, in a move aimed at strengthening the network’s customer experience, marketing technology and data-led transformation capabilities.
Based in Gurugram, Kochar will report to Manas Lahiri, chief growth officer, Havas India, who also oversees the operations of Havas CX India.
Mandate to deepen CX, martech and data integration
In his new role, Kochar will be responsible for building and scaling the agency’s customer experience, martech, CRM and data analytics offerings, while driving closer integration across Havas India’s agencies.
His responsibilities will also include supporting the network’s go-to-market strategy by aligning experience, data and technology across client engagements.

Kochar brings over 15 years of experience across India and Southeast Asia, having worked with enterprise brands on customer experience strategy, marketing technology deployment and data-driven transformation initiatives.
His professional background spans first-party data programmes, CRM, personalisation, martech orchestration and marketing effectiveness.
Over the past year, he also undertook an independent consulting assignment focused on Bharat-first customers and brands. His client portfolio includes Ford, Colgate, Mahindra, Hindustan Unilever, PepsiCo and BAT.
