Hero FinCorp has appointed Spardha Pandey as Lead – PR & Communications. In her new role, she will oversee the company’s external communications strategy, strengthen media engagement and help shape the brand’s narrative within India’s financial services ecosystem.
Pandey brings more than 13 years of experience across corporate communications, media relations and integrated marketing. Over the course of her career, she has worked extensively on leadership positioning, thought leadership initiatives, crisis communication and stakeholder engagement, supporting organisations through different phases of growth and transformation.
Prior to joining Hero FinCorp, Pandey led communications at Probo. She has also held key roles at Meta, HP Inc., Gensol Group and Paytm, where she worked across corporate and product communications as well as integrated campaigns across sectors including technology, fintech, mobility and renewable energy.
Earlier in her career, Pandey worked as a journalist with India Today Group and Hindustan Times. Her experience in journalism has shaped her approach to media strategy, storytelling and brand communications.
