Fossil Group has appointed Priyamvada Jagia as India brand marketing head for its Armani portfolio, tasking her with leading brand strategy and marketing for Emporio Armani and Armani Exchange watches and jewellery in the Indian market.
Jagia joined the company in September 2025 and is based in India. In her current role, she oversees brand positioning, campaign strategy and integrated marketing initiatives for the Armani brands across the country.
Focus on luxury brand growth in India
At Fossil Group, Jagia will be responsible for strengthening the presence of Emporio Armani and Armani Exchange in India’s premium watches and jewellery segment, spanning brand storytelling, consumer engagement and multi-channel marketing execution.
Experience across smartphones, wearables and large-scale launches
Before joining Fossil Group, Jagia spent more than five years at Xiaomi India, where she held multiple product marketing roles across smartphones, audio products and wearables.
Her responsibilities included developing go-to-market strategies, executing integrated campaigns across above-the-line and below-the-line channels, managing celebrity-led endorsements, and leading product launches for both the Xiaomi and Redmi portfolios.
During her tenure, she worked on flagship launches such as the Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi CIVI series and the Redmi 12 range, and contributed to marketing initiatives across television, digital platforms, retail networks, e-commerce and quick commerce channels.

Sharing the news of her appointment on LinkedIn, Jagia reflected on her transition from technology to luxury and fashion marketing.
“Over a phenomenal half-decade at Xiaomi India, I grew into a seasoned tech product marketer. The journey has been nothing short of transformative,” she wrote.
