Integrated communications agency Kaizzen has completed 18 years, marking the milestone that reflects on its journey of building brands and shaping narratives.
In a recent LinkedIn post by Nikhil Pavithran, the agency highlighted its evolution from a vision-led startup to a full-service communications firm driven by people, partnerships and purpose. The campaign, anchored around “18 Saal Bemisaal,” looks back at key milestones, challenges and breakthroughs that have defined the company’s trajectory.
Founded in 2008, Kaizzen has grown into an integrated PR and digital communications agency, working with a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors. Over the years, the firm has focused on helping brands “find their voice” and remain relevant in a rapidly changing media and business environment.
Under the leadership of CEO Vineet Handa and COO Nikhil Pavithran, the company has also expanded its capabilities and geographic footprint, including forays into international markets such as the Middle East and North Africa.
The 18-year milestone campaign not only celebrates longevity but also reinforces Kaizzen’s positioning as a communications partner that combines storytelling with strategic business impact at a time when the role of PR agencies continues to evolve beyond traditional media relations.
With the communications landscape becoming increasingly digital and intelligence-led, Kaizzen’s recent initiatives—including investments in AI-driven offerings—signal its intent to stay future-ready while building on nearly two decades of experience.
Sharing his thoughts on the occasion, Nikhil Pavithran, COO, Kaizzen, said the agency’s journey has been defined by belief, relationships and continuous learning.
“From a small office in Delhi with three people and a handful of clients, to a 250+ strong team across 12 offices, it has been a journey built on belief, relationships and a lot of learning along the way,” Pavithran said.
He noted that while the company has expanded its capabilities, entered new markets and built a global presence, its core values have remained unchanged. “We’ve grown, adapted, and evolved with the times expanding our capabilities, stepping into new markets, going global. But through it all, what has stayed constant is our people and the trust of those who chose to work with us,” he added.
Reflecting on the milestone, Pavithran highlighted a mix of pride and responsibility. “There’s pride, of course. And a lot of gratitude. But more than that, there’s a sense of responsibility to keep learning, to keep pushing ourselves, and to not get comfortable,” he said, adding that turning 18 is “just the beginning” for the company.
He also acknowledged the role of founder and CEO Vineet Handa, crediting him for building the organisation and continuing to stay closely involved with teams and day-to-day work.
