Public Affairs Forum of India appoints new Managing Committee members across policy, corporate and communications sectors

Public Affairs Forum of India (PAFI) has announced the induction of five new members to its Managing Committee, further strengthening the organisation’s leadership across public affairs, policy advocacy and strategic communications.

The newly appointed members include Abhishek Lahiri, Vice President & Head of Government Affairs and Public Policy for South Asia at Mastercard; Arijit Sen, President of vivo India; Rajiv Aggarwal from Samsung Southwest Asia; Rakesh Thukral of Edelman; and Rishi K Chawla from Carlsberg India.

According to PAFI, the inclusion of leaders from diverse industries and sectors is expected to enhance the organisation’s ability to create greater value for its members while reinforcing its role in advancing the practice of public affairs, public policy and advocacy in India.

The organisation said the new Managing Committee members bring extensive expertise spanning government affairs, corporate communications, public policy, technology, consumer business and stakeholder engagement.
