80 dB Communications has elevated four of its Associate Vice Presidents – Anika Sahni Wadhwa, Girisha Chauhan, Priya Bellani and Kritika Padhy – to its Founding Team. Each will now hold the title of AVP & Founding Team Member. The move recognises the ownership, commitment and care the four have shown in building the agency alongside its co-founders.
The elevations are part of 80 dB's annual promotions, announced each year. They come in a milestone year, as the agency completes more than 11 years of building reputations for brands across technology, financial services, healthcare, education, hospitality and consumer sectors. By widening its founding group, 80 dB is formalising the entrepreneurial ownership that has long defined its senior team and strengthening the leadership bench for its next decade of growth.
All four leaders bring rich and deep experience in communications. Priya and Kritika have been with 80 dB since its inception in 2015, while Anika and Girisha have spent seven and five years with the agency, respectively.
