Dabur India has partnered with WPP to launch The Dialogue Hub, an AI-enabled digital intelligence and engagement platform aimed at helping its marketing teams monitor consumer conversations, identify emerging trends and respond to them in real time.
The platform integrates video intelligence, conversational AI, sentiment mapping and trend forecasting to connect consumer insights with content development. Dabur said the initiative follows a ‘Strategy-to-Content Flywheel’ approach, bringing audience intelligence and creative execution closer together.
Anindo Samajpati, vice president of marketing at Dabur India, said the platform marks a shift in the company’s marketing approach, from monitoring consumer conversations to actively shaping them. He added that it would help the company keep its brands relevant and responsive to changing consumer expectations.
Manas Mehra, global chief information officer at Dabur India, said the platform combines advanced technology with the company’s corporate infrastructure to create a secure and scalable system, placing data at the centre of its marketing strategy.
Shashishekhar Mukherjee, general manager of digital marketing and D2C head at Dabur India, said the platform would help brand teams connect audience insights with content execution, enabling them to respond more quickly to emerging trends and cultural moments.
Kiran Rammurthy, CEO of Grey 82.5 (WPP), said the partnership brings together creative intelligence and real-time content orchestration to strengthen Dabur’s cultural relevance through data-led marketing.
The Dialogue Hub will be used across Dabur’s brands to integrate technology, data and creativity into consumer engagement and marketing decision-making.
